You can rest on the long, almost deserted beaches of Langkawi, an archipelago of 99 islands located off the western coast of Malaysia. Active travellers are attracted to explore the rich marine life, local waterfalls and caves, as well as temples.
Weather and location
Tropical monsoon climate, with temperatures reaching 27–30 °C throughout the year. Air humidity is increased in Malaysia, with higher probability of rainfalls. Precipitation is evenly spread throughout the year, and it is therefore impossible to state the ideal time for a visit. We recommend visiting Langkawi between November and March when the rainfall is scarcer.
